By accessing gateframe.io or using the GateFrame API, you agree to these Terms. If you are using GateFrame on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
GateFrame provides a cryptographic signing and verification API for AI decision records (Decision Provenance Records, "DPRs") and related developer tools. The service is described in the DPR Specification v0.1 at gateframe.io/spec.
The demo key (gf-demo-key-2026) is provided for evaluation only, limited to 100 requests per day. It must not be used in production systems or in any system where DPRs will be used as legal evidence.
Pilot and enterprise access is governed by a separate Pilot Agreement or Master Services Agreement signed between GateFrame and your organization. In the absence of a signed agreement, these Terms govern.
The GateFrame API is proprietary software. The DPR Specification v0.1 is licensed under Apache 2.0 — you may implement compatible tools and produce compatible records without a GateFrame license. The GateFrame SDK (agentseal-gateframe on PyPI) is proprietary; use is subject to these Terms. USPTO Provisional No. 64/067,547 is pending.
THE GATEFRAME API AND DPRS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." GATEFRAME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT DPRS WILL SATISFY ANY SPECIFIC REGULATORY OBLIGATION. GATEFRAME'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Disputes shall be resolved by the DIFC Courts.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email or by posting on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
